0 = Not at all disturbed
1 = A few days
2 = Most days
3 = Nearly every day

Question:

Interpretation:
0–4 points → Minimal anxiety.
5–9 points → Mild.
10–14 points → Moderate.
15–21 points → High (it is recommended to consult a specialist).
